Director Louise Woehrle filmed frequently in Charlotte NC for this project, and needed a "Run and Gun" audio recordist to support her camera department. Our field kit was used on several shoot days, with many locations per day. Challenges included capturing community events with a mix of event/stage presentation and main character interactions with the public to sit down interviews to stand-up location interviews. The kit needed to be flexible, ready for 12hrs of battery power, and capable of capturing perfect audio in any location. We filmed in coffee shops, graveside, in gyms and crowds, former plantation farm houses, etc.
